Jane McKinley, a former Vital Force scientist, is killed by a rogue Kayloran agent who plants evidence suggesting she has created a deadly alien virus. Armed with new alien weapons, special agent Jack Kane and his new partner Colin Malachi pursue a lead that takes them to a Viper stronghold.
